CAREER SUMMARY

Gerard joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2016 after spending 13 years as a Corporate Finance Director at RSM and 3 years as a Finance Director at Sheard Packaging delivering an investment and growth strategy. He is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Qualification and a degree in Accountancy and Finance. 

RECENT EXPERIENCE

Recent transaction experience includes the sale of packaging machinery specialist Proseal to US-listed JBT Corporation for £220m; the sale of healthcare services provider Ross Care to Millbrook Healthcare (backed by Private Equity fund Cairngorm Capital); the sale of premium bicycle retailer Leisure Lakes Bikes to JD Group; and the sale of Architectural Steel to ArcelorMittal Construction.
