Phillip Price

Philip joined Dow Schofield Watts in June 2003. Previously, he had spent seven years in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team in Liverpool and Manchester advising across a wide variety of transactions and sectors.  Joining KPMG in 1993, Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and spent some time in KPMG Perth, Australia before moving into KPMG Corporate Finance.

He has advised both private and public organisations on an array of transactions over the last 25 years including fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, together with the delivery of key strategic advice.  Philip was a founding partner in DSW’s fund management business, PHD Equity Partners, in 2008.  He also served as a Trustee of National Museums Liverpool from 2012 to 2020.

Philip is a director of PHD Industrial Holdings and sits on the Boards of investee companies Hylomar, Technikraft, Auto Marine Cables and BIL Group.
