Sue Bradwell

Sue has led Midshire Signature Services since 2016, bringing a sharp commercial instinct and a genuinely hands-on approach to everything she does. What began as a role leading the business for its previous owners, quickly became something far bigger. In 2019, Sue and her husband completed a management buyout, took full ownership of the business, and set about building it into the company it is today.

Under Sue’s leadership, Midshire has grown from a £6 million turnover business with 220 staff to a £12.5 million operation employing 350 people across 65 sites. She oversees the strategy, finance, and overall direction of the business, balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day involvement, and takes a personal role in hiring the people who shape the culture.

Sue is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and finding solutions that genuinely work for each individual client. She is also a proud advocate for women in leadership within the catering and hospitality sector.

Outside of work, Sue is a self-confessed foodie who loves discovering new dishes, a keen walker, and a devoted fan of 80s and 90s music. She also loves to travel, with a cruise on the horizon whenever the diary allows.
