Polly&#8217;s headstone will be staying in place, and is part of the plans for the gardens.<\/p>\n<p>New Care is part of Altrincham-based construction group McGoff and was set up 10 years ago to focus on care home developments.<\/p>\n<p>Chris McGoff, chief executive of New Care, said the development will &#8220;help address the ever increasing shortage of beds in the area&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Work will start soon on demolishing the existing pub building, which  will be replaced by a three-storey building with en-suite wet rooms, spa assisted bathrooms, a hair salon and nail bar.<\/p>\n<p>It is the second deal completed by New Care while the economy was in lockdown. In April it sold Bramhall Manor in Stockport to Octopus Healthcare in a \u00a316m deal.<\/p>\n<p>James Flynn, head of real estate division at law firm Beyond Corporate which advised New Care, added: \u201cTo close any deal at the moment is difficult, to complete a real estate development facility is a credit to everyone involved.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former
