Property investor and car parking operator Town Centre Securities has promoted Helen Green to property director and appointed Craig Burrow as development director.<\/p>\n

Burrow joins from Bruntwood, where he was its Leeds director, managing high-profile acquisitions, investments and redevelopments including the delivery of Platform, 3 Sovereign Square and 100 Wellington Street.<\/p>\n

He will progress TCS\u2019s development pipeline including the 12.5-acre Piccadilly Basin scheme in Manchester and the 3.5-acre Whitehall Riverside project in Leeds.<\/p>\n

The promotion of Helen Green to property director comes after 15 years with the business, where she delivered the phased development, regeneration, and growth of TCS\u2019s largest single asset, the 1m sq ft mixed-use Merrion Centre scheme in Leeds.<\/p>\n

The changes follow the departure of Lynda Shillaw, who stepped down as group property director and will join Harworth Group as chief executive on November 1.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Hill<\/p><\/div>\n

Housebuilder Duchy Homes has welcomed two new faces across its Northern divisions as it prepares for significant growth across Yorkshire, the North East and the North West.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Hill joins Duchy Homes as Head of Land for the North West and brings nearly 30 years of land buying experience with him.<\/p>\n

He has previously working for David McLean Homes, Hillcrest Homes and Henderson Homes, buying sites that range from single plots for substantial bespoke dwellings to several hundred units.<\/p>\n

Steve Graham has been appointed as the new Head of Land in the North East and Yorkshire.<\/p>\n

The appointments will help its growth strategy by adding expertise on land acquisition.<\/p>\n

Ian Turner<\/p><\/div>\n

Ian Turner has converted his role from consultant to the full-time head of the technical team at Liverpool architects Studio RBA as the practice expands to deal with its growing workload.<\/p>\n

The appointment follows an eleven-month consultancy period at the firm, before which Turner enjoyed long spells at Chorley-based Gilling Dod and Liverpool practice K2.<\/p>\n

Turner said: \u201cWe\u2019re exceptionally busy and building a really solid team will strengthen the practice and ensure we support efficiently the other professionals with whom we work, such as the structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers.”<\/p>\n

The appointment follows a string of project wins, including luxury residential scheme Telegraph House in Crosby for Crossfield Exclusive and the St Anne Street residential development for SEP Construction.<\/p>\n
