{"id":2153084,"date":"2025-05-29T14:34:42","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T13:34:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebusinessdesk.com\/northwest\/?p=2153084"},"modified":"2025-06-23T14:23:55","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T13:23:55","slug":"palatine-backed-bluprintx-acquires-in-australia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thebusinessdesk.com\/northwest\/news\/2153084-palatine-backed-bluprintx-acquires-in-australia","title":{"rendered":"Palatine-backed Bluprintx acquires in Australia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Liverpool-based digital transformation consultancy Bluprintx has completed the acquisition of Skie, a Salesforce consultancy, which operates globally from locations in Australia and Singapore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palatine private equity bought Blueprintx in September 2024 and the deal is shortlisted in the Rainmaker of the Year Awards to be held in June.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Founded just over six years ago, Skie has over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Blueprintx has over 200 employees across offices in the UK, Hungary, USA, Australia, and Singapore, and supports businesses with complex sales, marketing, and service transformations, working across Adobe, Salesforce, and AI-enhanced solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The acquisition was funded by Thincats who have also provided an acquisition facility which will enable Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key geographies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This deal is just the latest in a series of international acquisitions by Bluprintx, including IO Integration, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce \u2014 the latter marking Bluprintx\u2019s first acquisition following Palatine\u2019s investment in September 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">James Painter, Senior Investment Director at Palatine, said: \u201cSkie is a great fit given its Salesforce expertise and capability in relation to Agentforce.
