{"id":2154763,"date":"2025-07-01T11:41:33","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T10:41:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebusinessdesk.com\/northwest\/?p=2154763"},"modified":"2025-07-01T20:24:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T19:24:56","slug":"sellick-partnership-celebrates-another-record-breaking-revenue-performance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thebusinessdesk.com\/northwest\/news\/2154763-sellick-partnership-celebrates-another-record-breaking-revenue-performance","title":{"rendered":"Sellick Partnership celebrates another record-breaking revenue performance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manchester-based Sellick Partnership, a professional services recruitment specialist, has announced another record-breaking financial year, with turnover at almost \u00a3120m &#8211; a rise of more than \u00a34m from the previous year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However, pre-tax profits slipped, from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a34,259,621 in 2023 to \u00a34,136,466.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The business, which has its headquarters in Manchester and offices in Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Derby and Birmingham, said it continues to thrive, achieving consistent growth and strong results across its core specialisms, despite a backdrop of economic uncertainty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The results show that permanent recruitment revenues remained in line with the previous year at around \u00a33m, while Sellick Partnership significantly strengthened its temporary recruitment performance, increasing temp revenue from \u00a3111m in 2023 to more than \u00a3116m in 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chief executive, Hannah Cottam, said: \u201cDespite clear challenges in the wider economic landscape and changes within the recruitment market, 2024 has proven to be another hugely successful year for us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cOur focus on temporary recruitment has enabled us to remain commercially strong while continuing to offer permanent recruitment solutions where appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWe\u2019ve also continued investing in infrastructure and our people, which I believe is what truly sets us apart.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She added: \u201cOur commitment to in-house training &#8211; from sales coaching to DEI and wellbeing initiatives &#8211; has ensured that our people feel supported and empowered to succeed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Looking ahead, Sellick Partnership has just announced the opening of its Birmingham office and continues to explore strategic opportunities to expand beyond its current footprint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A key priority remains the acquisition of a like-minded business in the South East to complement its established London presence and strengthen its position in the professional services recruitment market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Referencing this, Hannah said: \u201cWe\u2019re excited about the future. Any acquisition must align with our values and ambition &#8211; it\u2019s not just about growth, but about continuing to deliver the high standards and tailored service our clients
