Law firm Napthens is creating a new Lancashire head office at Waterside in Blackburn, merging its Preston and Blackburn teams under one roof.<\/p>\n

The move, planned for early 2027, follows what the firm describes as an extensive search for a location to support its long-term ambitions.<\/p>\n

The new office is located on the outskirts of Blackburn, close to the M65, and was originally built by the Issa Brothers as the HQ for Euro Garages. Agents for the site are Trevor Dawson.<\/p>\n

Stephen Faulkner, managing director of Napthens, said: “This is an important milestone for Napthens and a significant investment in our future. We’ve spent considerable time exploring options across Preston and the surrounding area to find the right location for our Lancashire head office. Waterside gives us the opportunity to create a modern workplace that supports collaboration, strengthens connections across our teams and provides an excellent environment for both our colleagues and clients.”<\/p>\n

He added: “Bringing our Preston and Blackburn teams together in one location will help us build on our strong culture, enhance the way we work together and support our continued growth across the north west.”<\/p>\n

The new office will provide facilities designed to support flexible working, with collaborative spaces, meeting facilities and amenities for colleagues and clients.<\/p>\n

Napthens will continue to operate from its offices in Kendal, Liverpool, Lytham, Manchester and Southport.<\/p>\n

The firm provides legal services including corporate, commercial, property, litigation, employment law, family law and residential conveyancing across the North West.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
