Restaurant group <\/span>Pasture is to open four destinations at St Michael\u2019s, the Manchester city centre scheme by Gary Neville\u2019s Relentless Developments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pasture, renowned for its open-fire cooking, provenance and sustainability, has forged a partnership with Relentless Developments and Salboy at St Michael\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

The four St Michael\u2019s destinations are: Pasture Manchester, a flagship ground-floor restaurant within the scheme\u2019s 43-storey tower; W Lounge, the hotel bar situated in W Hotel Manchester; Abercromby, the treasured historic pub being sensitively restored as part of the development and; Terrace, an outdoor dining destination alongside the pub, serving a Mediterranean-inspired, all-day menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Together, the four venues will create a varied food and drink experience at the heart of one of Manchester\u2019s most ambitious new developments, complementing the existing iconic hospitality brands already open at No.1 St Michael\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 2018 by chef-owner, Sam Elliott, Pasture has grown from its original Bristol restaurant to a number of established restaurants and bars across Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham.<\/span><\/p>\n

The group\u2019s approach centres on cooking over fire, carefully-sourced ingredients, expertly-prepared meat and an atmosphere that combines quality food with engaging service and music.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sam Elliott said: <\/span>\u201cManchester is a city with a huge personality, a strong independent spirit and a real passion for great food, so bringing Pasture here is incredibly exciting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSt Michael\u2019s gives us the opportunity to create something that goes beyond a restaurant, with four distinct destinations that each have their own identity while sharing the same values around quality, provenance and memorable experiences.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to Pasture Manchester, the W Lounge and the Abercromby by Pasture, the second phase of St Michael\u2019s includes 75,000 sq ft of premium office space, a 162-room W Hotel and 217 W Residences, situated in the scheme\u2019s 43-storey tower. This phase is a joint venture between Relentless and developer, Salboy.<\/span><\/p>\n

No.1 St Michael\u2019s officially opened last year and secured its position as one of the best office developments in the UK alongside a hospitality offer featuring cult coffee brand, Grind, Circolo Popolare from Big Mamma Group and Japanese-Peruvian restaurant group, Chotto Matte.<\/span><\/p>\n
