Pick My Pad To Hold Open Day

Following its acquisition by the Mistoria Group, Greater Manchester Estate Agents Pick My Pad has expanded its sales and lettings team with the arrival of a new Branch Manager, Daniella Ryan and a new member of staff, Josh Pendlebury. Both have considerable experience in all areas of the property industry and the local market. To facilitate its impressive rate of expansion, the company has had to relocate to new, larger offices in the heart of Walkden.

Their team of property experts will be running a drop-in advice clinic all evening. Landlords and property investors are invited to attend to have their questions answered about any aspect of the private rental sector, whether that be about the impact of recent legislation changes, or the best ways of maximising the income their investments produce. 

There will be free glasses of bubbly and a buffet for all who drop in.

Situated on Memorial Road, in the heart of Walkden, the new offices allow Pick My Pad to greatly increase its service offering, including the provision of HMO property investment opportunities. Thanks to the company’s merger with Salford-based property investment specialists, the Mistoria Group, Pick My Pad now also manages properties beyond the Little Hulton and Worsley areas. Their expansive portfolio covers Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. They have a full waiting list of tenants looking to rent. It is hoped that the more spacious offices will allow for even further growth in the near future.
