Property Forum proves a big success

Members of theProfileClub attended a ‘Business Breakfast’ event held at The Midland Hotel, Manchester.  Ahead of MIPIM, the World’s largest property conference  which takes place mid-March in Cannes, the morning included a Property Q&A hosted by Director of theProfileClub, Tony Hallwood.

On the panel was Michael Howard, Director of Urban Bubble, Stephen Luty, Director of Together and Emma Nawaz, Managing Director of Blackstone Solicitors.  The Q&A attracted lively debate as panellists highlighted the ever-increasing role that Manchester plays on the property stage. Michael Howard spoke of the significant rise of Urban Bubble since the launch in 2008 and how he strives to give the best property management service in the country. Stephen Luty spoke on the ‘common sense’ approach adopted by Together and his pride in working for a company that was recently rated 34th best company to work for in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies.  Finally, award-winning lawyer Emma Nawaz spoke of the firm’s tenacious approach to Commercial and Property Litigation.

theProfileClub was founded by Barbara Hallwood in 2011 and has now become the Profile 100 attracting c100 key decision makers from across the region.  Members regularly come together for VIP events with topical speakers. Over 30 business sectors are now represented including high profile brands and professional services. Barbara added, “Despite the somewhat inclement weather we had a full house which clearly shows the importance that our members place on attending our ProfileClub events.  The morning’s topic was relevant to many members not just those with an interest in property as our panellists talked about overcoming challenges in business generally. Our members certainly left feeling inspired and motivated.”
