TSK appointed to design & build law firm BLM’s new 71,000 sq ft Manchester HQ

TSK has been selected by leading insurance risk and commercial law firm, BLM, to design and build its new 71,000 sq ft Manchester headquarters.

Building-work will begin in February 2021, and the firm will move into its new premises at the brand new 2 New Bailey Square development in early summer.

BLM’s 600+ Manchester-based staff will move from their traditional-style offices, disseminated across two buildings and fourteen floors, to one agile workspace across four floors.

The new office is set to be one of the most impressive legal spaces in Manchester, blending a menu of settings to support flexible working, both in the office and at home. The new adaptable space will foster collaboration, communication and innovation, allowing BLM to provide an unmatched service to its clients.
