V7 Recruitment, a leading name in the recruitment industry, proudly announces the addition of four new team members to its ever-expanding team. These dynamic graduates have embarked on an exciting journey as they begin their training at the first ever V7 Academy.

The V7 Academy’s immersive approach ensures that each recruit gains a deep understanding of the industry’s best practices, emerging trends, and the exceptional service that defines V7 Recruitment. The graduates will work with our current experts, shadowing their calls and work as they learn from the best and adopt best practices.

Liss uses a blended approach to training which allows the graduates to understand how to build a market, source and qualify candidates and generate new business opportunities. Over the 3-month academy, the training will include a variety of exercises, including classroom-based training, practical on the job training, roleplay, and regular assessments. After the first 2-week classroom-based training, the graduates will join the sales floor and hit the phones. They will rotate around V7’s core markets, gaining a 360-degree understanding of recruitment.
