Lismore Real Estate Advisors, acting on behalf of Knight Property Group, sold 4-5 Lochside Avenue, while Galbraith Group acted for the buyer.
The property has been recently refurbished and extends to 42,519 sq ft across three floors. It is fully-let to SP Transmission, Lumacron Technology, Pulsant and Anchorpoint Group.
