Gresham House set to acquire East Lothian battery storage site

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund has signed sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) for conditional acquisitions of Cockenzie (240MW) in East Lothian and Monet’s Garden (57MW) in North Yorkshire.

It follows the signing, in November, of an SPA for the then conditional acquisition of the 100MW battery project in Elland in West Yorkshire.
