BGF-backed Waracle acquires Edinburgh data consultancy Inov8
Digital product consultancy Waracle has acquired Edinburgh-based Inov8 Consulting as it seeks to grow its data and artificial intelligence operations.
The deal brings together Waracle's 300-strong team, which works across financial services, energy, health and the public sector, with Inov8's 28 specialists in cloud services, data and AI.
