Springfield seeks approval for share buybacks
Springfield Properties is seeking approval for a proposed share buyback programme.
The proposal is in respect of ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the company.
At the Annual General Meeting held last October, shareholders authorised the ability to make market purchases of up to 11,904,240 ordinary shares - something that remains in force and has not been exercised since then.
