Planning permission granted for new manufacturing tech centre
Planning permission has been granted for a new development at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS) in Renfrewshire.
The Tech Terrace is designed to establish a high-value manufacturing cluster within a campus environment, where organisations "can work together to pioneer breakthroughs and meet challenges of the future".
This speculative 30,000 sq ft development will deliver flexible units within a landscaped setting, with footprints starting from circa 2,000 sq ft.
