German logistics firm acquires Scottish partner business
German logistics group DACHSER is acquiring its Scottish partner Drummond Distribution.
The companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price, but Drummond has been a DACHSER partner since 2008.
In 2025, West Lothian-based Drummond generated revenue of approximately £20m, with around 175 employees. Established in 1927, the family-owned company now operates five locations across the central belt.
