Canadian engineering and professional services consulting firm WSP has acquired Glasgow-headquartered building services consultancy Hulley & Kirkwood.
Founded in 1953, Hulley & Kirkwood employs 122 people across seven offices in the UK, specialising in mechanical, electrical and public health building services, with expertise across healthcare, defence, commercial, education and government sectors.
