Edinburgh voucher platform firm acquired
Edinburgh-based digital voucher platform SK Chase has been acquired by London-headquartered SME payment solutions business ClearCourse.
The transaction also included cloud-based reservation management software Elina PMS, taking ClearCourse’s total acquisitions in 2026 to four.
Founded in 2003, SK Chase has built one of the first platforms to enable luxury hotels to package and sell gift experiences. It now serves more than 500 of the world’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants and resorts with e-commerce tools.
