St. Modwen Homes enters Scottish housebuilding market
St. Modwen Homes is entering the Scottish market, launching four new developments that will deliver 268 new homes in the east and west of the country.
The housing brand has an established presence in England and Wales and is moving north of the border after Miller Homes acquired the business last year.
In the east, St. Modwen Homes at Shawfair in Danderhall, which has now launched for sales, will provide 76 three, four and five-bedroom homes in Midlothian.
