AAB has acquired Abacai, boosting its Office of the CFO team.<\/p>\n
The London-based business provides outsourced finance teams, accounting services and financial reporting using artificial intelligence-powered processes.<\/p>\n

The deal also brings Abacai into the same group as finance support business RORA, which was acquired in February and rebranded to AAB earlier this week.<\/p>\n

Backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Aberdeen-headquartered AAB now employs 2,000 people across the UK and Ireland, with a turnover in excess of \u00a3200m.<\/p>\n
