New tenant moves into prestigious business park

Hillview Real Estate has signed up a new occupier at 200 Aztec West, a set of four office buildings at the entrance to the business park.

Hillview has let 4,292 sq ft of newly refurbished office space at 240 Aztec West to energy consultant, Holtec Britain Limited, on a five-year lease.

The Holtec Bristol office provides an excellent location to serve clients across the south west.

The 200 Aztec West development is part of Hillview Partners Property Fund’s portfolio of regional offices, Unusually, this office scheme was granted listed status by Historic England for its bold, quirky style which became synonymous with the 1980s.

With now only three suites left from circa 2,300 sq ft, this office park is proving that high quality refurbished space remains in demand. The property is jointly marketed by property agents JLL and Hartnell Taylor Cook.

Aztec West is one of the most prestigious business parks in the South West of England located seven miles away from Bristol and adjacent to junction 16 of the M5 and within one mile of the M4/M5 interchange.

The park offers first class amenities to business occupiers including a convenience store, coffee shops, a hairdresser and a gym together with hotel/spa.
