Grainger’s £257m Bristol investment reaches milestone
Residential landlord Grainger has reached the latest milestone in its £257m investment programme in Bristol after completing the second of three developments in the city.
Millwrights Place is a 231-apartment development across the river from Castle Park.
It is Grainger's second build-to-rent development in Finzels Reach, following the successful launch of Hawkins & George in 2019.
Its third scheme, Glasshouse Square in the Redcliff Quarter, topped out in June and will be ready for its first tenants next year.
