425-home development takes flight at former RAF base
A residential development at a former RAF base in Weston-super-Mare is to take flight after housebuilder Keepmoat committed to invest £83m into the scheme.
The 425-home Winterstoke Gate development, which is located between Mendip Hills and Golden Sands, is part of a wider regeneration scheme across the Somerset town.
The site has also benefitted from £10m from the Government’s Local Authority Accelerated Construction Fund administered by Homes England.
