Knight Frank moves to Bristol’s business district

Knight Frank has moved into a new 4,500 sq ft office in Bristol’s business district.

The global property consultancy, which employs around 40 people in the city, has taken over a floor at Assembly B. It is part of a flagship mixed-use regeneration scheme in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

Knight Frank’s new office has been designed by Interaction.

Christian Crawfurd, a partner at Knight Frank in Bristol, said: “Interaction have created a stunning new office for us. It really is a testament to their creativity and professionalism. The space was delivered on time, within budget and problems along the way were solved by the Interaction team before we even knew they existed.”

Pamela D’Alessandro, creative lead at Interaction, said: “Knight Frank wanted a showpiece modern office which properly represented their culture while also being the perfect space to host clients. Their new Bristol office certainly provides that and more. It also reflects the landmark building’s focus on wellbeing and community.”
