£10m clifftop development nears completion
A £10m property development in one of Dorset’s most sought-after locations is close to completion.
AJC Group’s Sonnet development is located on a clifftop on the West Cliff, in Bournemouth.
The £10m scheme designed by ARC Architects includes 14 luxury three-bedroom apartments.
Each home has direct access to West Cliff Gardens, a secure underground parking space and bike storage, private outdoor space of either a terrace or balcony, and professionally landscaped communal gardens.
The high specification includes an air source heat pump, to achieve a high EPC – B rating, enabling purchasers to lower their carbon footprint and benefit from Green Mortgage rates.
Prices range from £555,000 to £875,000, with the largest apartment being 1200 sq ft. The remaining six homes will be ready to move into later this year.

Developments on Lindsay Road, The Sloop and Herbert Avenue are all located in Poole. The company has also recently started construction at one of its largest projects, which will deliver 57 affordable houses and apartments for Aster Group within the former Dorchester Brewery regeneration scheme.
