South West sports tech firm’s key role in TeamGB gold rush at Winter Olympics
A University of Bath spin-out provided the AI-powered performance technology behind TeamGB's record-breaking medal haul in bobsleigh and skeleton at the recent Winter Olympics.
ForceTeck, founded by biomechanics expert Dr Dario Cazzola and Roy Shubhabrata, uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to analyse athlete performance from video footage in minutes rather than days.
The British Bobsleigh and Skeleton Association was among the company's first clients.
