Lender looking to fund 1,000 homes in the region by targeting its SME housebuilders
Specialist property development lender Assetz Capital has outlined its ambition to support the construction of 1,000 homes across the South West and South Wales by the end of 2028.
To support this, the lender has appointed Robin Bruce as senior relationship manager for the region, adding a specialist with six years’ experience in development finance.
Assetz, which has its head office in Manchester and a base in London, has already provided development funding to support just over 700 home completions across the two regions.
