Samworth Brothers wraps up deal for sandwich firm
Leicester food producer Samworth Brothers has bought The Real Wrap Co - a year after it snapped up a minority stake in the firm.
Samworth Brothers, which is behind brand names such as Ginsters, Urban Eat, West Cornwall Pasty co and Soreen, has said its chief operating officer Paul Davey will continue to sit on The Real Wrap Co board and that founders Phillipe Gill and Jason Howell will remain in their roles, post-deal.
The Real Wrap Co, based in Bristol, produces sandwiches, wraps and salads from its Bristol base.
