Ecommerce firm ramps up offering to cope with demand

An ecommerce company behind a number of websites is ramping up its trade offering to cope with increasing demand from the industry.

Beyond Retail Trade, which it was formerly known as, has been newly rebranded into three separate divisions to provide a specialist service to customers, while ensuring the best possible discounts across the product ranges.

Drench Trade, Tap Warehouse Trade and Only Radiators Trade, which launched in April, provide a fast and reliable service for tradespeople across the UK. As well as introducing online ordering, a new trade area on each site and dedicated Trade Account Managers, trade customers also benefit from sitewide discounts of up to 10% on all products, even during a sale.

With more than 2,800 products totalling £5m in stock and ready for dispatch to anywhere in the UK, Beyond Retail prides itself on having unrivalled availability, ensuring customer projects are delivered on time.

The company has also introduced same day delivery and collection services for retail and trade customers local to its Bournemouth headquarters.

“For example, we offer a 3D design service on Drench which allows clients to visualise the space before work is started, as well as advice on layout and suitable products to fit for any budget.

“We have introduced a new tier system, as well, which rewards our loyal customers. All new sign ups will start on the Silver Tier, offering a 7.5% discount sitewide, progressing to 10% on Gold after a lifetime spend of £1000.

“Our aim is to help keep projects on track quickly and reliably, but still provide a personal service with our much lauded dedicated Trade Account Managers. This combination of digital excellence with personal human support allows us to really tailor our range of services to each individual customer, making sure they always have what they need, when they need it. The Bournemouth based business, which was established in 2011, started out selling taps online. Now, it has more than 20,000 product lines across bathrooms, kitchens and heating selling to both retail and trade customers.
