Housebuilder appoints head of land and planning

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has announced the internal appointment of Bradley Stone as head of land and planning for the South West division as it prepares for further growth across the region in 2023.

Stone, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for more than 18 months, was previously associate development and investment director.

He will be responsible for overseeing the growth of Crest Nicholson’s portfolio of developments in the region, coordinating planning applications and site acquisitions to deliver homes in the South West.

Stone said: “After a successful 18 months, I am pleased to be progressing my career with Crest Nicholson by taking on a new role as the Head of Land and Planning for the South West region. It’s an exciting time of growth for the region, and it will be great to continue to work with such a brilliant team to unlock more opportunities and deliver further growth in 2023 and beyond.”
