Neil Johnston, audit partner at Albert Goodman

Accountancy firm Albert Goodman has bolstered its Bristol auditing team with the appointment of Neil Johnston as audit partner.

Neil’s appointment marks a significant hire for Albert Goodman’s growing Bristol office, which will see him take on the role of expanding the firm’s audit offering within the region.

After opening new premises in Bristol and Yeovil, announcing a string of new appointments across the region and reporting 17% revenue growth, it has been a substantial 12 months for the Taunton-headquartered chartered accountants, tax consultants and financial planners.

Johnston, who joins from RSM, said: “Having been lucky enough to call Bristol my home for well over a decade now, I’m relishing the opportunity to bring my knowledge of the local market to the table, and helping to drive growth within my specialist area of the business.”
