Housebuilder set to bring 150 homes to North Devon

Allison Homes South West has exchanged contracts on a site located in the village of Landkey, on the edge of Barnstaple in North Devon.

The development will offer a mix of one-, two-, three, four and five-bedroom homes, catering to a diverse range of lifestyles. Forty-five of the 150 homes will be affordable housing.

Subject to approval of reserved matters planning, work on the development is expected to start in early 2025.
