Affordable housing scheme in Poole completes
Affordable housing specialist AJC Group has completed its Lindsay Oaks development in Branksome Park, Poole.
Built in partnership with Abri, a large housing provider with more than 50,000 homes and various community assets, 44 affordable homes are now available.
The £15m project features 28 two-bedroom apartments available for shared ownership and 16 one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent.
The homes are spread across three contemporary three-storey buildings.

Lindsay Oaks highlights our ongoing commitment to providing local people with the opportunity to step onto the property ladder in an area where affordable options are scarce and homeownership is almost impossible.
“This is a critical step in our mission to build 500 affordable homes over the next five years. As a developer, we were the first to bring forward an affordable housing project in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole area in three years.”
