Manufacturer Rotork has seen sales increase in all three of its divisions as it looks forward to “another year of progress”.
The FTSE-250 group, which specialises in making valves, operates in the oil and gas, water and power, and chemical industries around the world. The Bath-headquartered company employs 3,500 people across 15 manufacturing sites.
It has told shareholders today that its Growth+ strategy “continues to deliver strong momentum”, through targeting key areas for profitable growth, improving the customer experience, and driving innovation in products and services.
The group also “remains active in looking for suitable acquisition opportunities”.
Rotork returned £44m to shareholders in the four months to October 27, through an interim dividend and an ongoing share buyback programme.
