Development director returns to Savills Bristol

Chris Birakos has been appointed as a director within Savills development team in Bristol. 

The appointment marks his return to the business which he originally joined in 2010. He was a member of the development team for more than seven years, during which time he was promoted up to an associate director. 

Since 2017, Birakos has worked client-side for South West developer, Rengen Developments, and most recently, as head of land for leading retirement developer, Churchill Living Ltd. 

On his new role, he said: “I am delighted to return to Savills. The development team here in Bristol is market-leading in every aspect, and involved in some of the most significant developments in and around the city. Birakos’ focus will be on both immediate and greenfield and strategic land development across Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.
