Dentist firm agrees deal to move into new Bath offices

Crescent Office Park

A dentist firm has taken up office space in Bath as it looks to expand in the area.

Colliers’ national offices team acted on behalf of Arbuthnot Latham & Co on the deal.

The agent has let 7,200 sq ft office space in Crescent Office Park to {my}dentist, the largest dental provider in the UK, on a 15-year lease.

The offices ground and first floors of the modern office building on Clarks Way, will be soon taken up by two {my}dentist practices, that will merging into one larger and more modern private dental practice that will offer patients in the area a greater range of treatments, improved transport links and a wider range of appointments.

Crescent Office Park sits on an elevated position on the southern slopes of Bath providing views over Bath city centre and the Mendip Hills.

The office block has easy access via the A4174 and Bristol ring road.

James Preece, director in the Bristol national offices team at Colliers said: “This is a fantastic move for {my}dentist to relocate two of its current premises into one at Crescent Office Park. Quality office space in Bath is in short supply so it’s not surprising that we received significant interest in the space, especially from occupiers seeking to avoid the traffic congestion of the city centre.

“{my}dentist’s new building offers high grade, prominently located office space with only a 10-15 minutes drive to Bath city centre. I am confident that the employees will feel right at home in no time, in addition to making use of the local amenities nearby.”

Ruth Wells, area development manager at {my}dentist, added: “Work has already begun on transforming our new space at Crescent Office Park and our practice teams are looking forward to opening the doors to our modern new dental practice.

“It will be equipped with all new dental equipment and the latest technology to make dentistry treatments even more comfortable for our patients.”
