Trio of additions to Dorset wealth management firm

Dorset-based Baggette + Co Wealth Management has added a trio of specialists to its team.
The firm welcomes Harry Shivas, who joins as an IFA. Shivas arrives from a regional financial planning firm, having recently become a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He is currently studying towards Chartered Financial Planner status, which will make him one of the youngest Chartered Financial Planners in the UK.
He specialises in wealth management, equity release, and retirement planning.
Also joining the firm is Catrin Promitzer, who takes on the role of head of client services. With extensive experience across the tourism, hospitality, legal, and financial sectors throughout Germany, the US, and the UK, Promitzer brings a wealth of knowledge in client management that will further enhance the firm’s approach to financial planning and client service.
Additionally, Emma Clare joins Baggette + Co as a client relationship manager, taking the client services team to five.
Established in Poole in 1986, Baggette + Co underwent a management buyout in 2023 from founder Keith Baggette by independent financial adviser Oscar Hjalmas and business adviser Jo Hjalmas.
Since then, the financial planning firm has grown to more than 30 financial professionals.
Hjalmas, managing director at Baggette + Co, said: “We are delighted to welcome Harry, Catrin, and Emma to our growing team. Their talent, expertise, and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our firm’s values. As we continue our ambitious growth journey, having high-calibre financial professionals join us is essential to continue our relentless provision of outstanding wealth management services to our clients and professional contacts.”
