European Unicorn appoints Bristol agency

Digital workforce solution and HR specialist Factorial has appointed Bristol comms agency Rooster to support its growth plans in the UK.
The announcement comes after Barcelona-based Factorial was recently designated a European unicorn after closing a Series C investment round of USD 120 million, with a valuation of USD 1 billion.
Founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs Jordi Romero, Bernat Farrero, and Pau Ramon, the company now supports 300,000 users across more than 7,000 businesses in over 65 countries, including over 300 clients in the UK and Ireland alone.
The Factorial platform offers an all-in-one digital workforce management solution for companies from small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to much larger organisations, helping them streamline their HR systems, tools, and processes in one place, thereby saving on valuable time and resources.
The partnership with Rooster comes after the London-headquartered firm’s most successful year to date – having opened a second location in Bristol last summer and nearly doubling in size in the last year.
Jordi Romero, founder and CEO at Factorial said: “We are thrilled to be joining forces with Rooster during such an exciting period of change. Our rapid success in the UK market meant we needed a partner who would be able to provide an agile yet robust PR and comms strategy in a demanding, fast-paced environment. What stood out to us is Rooster’s stellar track record in delivering consistent, high-impact results for its B2B and corporate clients. We have no doubt that we are in great hands and look forward to working with them.”
Rooster’s managing director James Brooke said: “Adding Factorial to our growing list of b2b clients is an exciting milestone for Rooster – and for more than one reason. Our agency has undergone a similarly buoyant growth curve over the last year, with our business, corporate and property side in particular driving this. And as Factorial’s latest customer, we have been equally impressed by how quickly and easily we have been able to streamline our HR services and free up resources among the team. This will no doubt be a pivotal tool in our future growth. With so much mutually beneficial synergy, it is only natural that Rooster and Factorial’s success stories are interlinked.”
