Bath workplace design firm completes second project for FOUNDRY

Bath-based workplace design company Interaction has announced its second office project for coworking operator FOUNDRY, which will form part of a major new mixed-use scheme in Hove, East Sussex.

The new coworking hub, part of the flagship Hove Gardens development, will accommodate up to 300 coworkers in state-of-the-art office facilities next to the town’s railway station. Spanning 22,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the building, the new FOUNDRY workspace will include a mix of private offices, dedicated and hot desks, and soundproof booths.

Other key features will include a yoga studio and eight wellness suites for businesses offering wellbeing services to residents of Hove Gardens, which has more than 200 residential apartments for rent.

The FOUNDRY site will also include breakout, event and social spaces for its members, as well as a dog-friendly area for pet-loving coworkers.

Pamela D’Alessandro, lead designer at Interaction, said: “Hove is often overshadowed by its bigger neighbour, Brighton, so we wanted to celebrate the town as a great place in its own right. We have created a coworking space that is truly unique to its community and one that is designed to forge a thriving business community.

“This is the second office project that we have designed for FOUNDRY, having recently completed work on their coworking hub in London’s Wandsworth, which is part of another landmark mixed-use scheme. We’re excited to once again be working alongside a business that believes offices should be much more than just places to work.”

FOUNDRY Hove is due to open in summer 2025.
