Flapjackery to open Cotswolds store as expansion continues

Flapjackery, the Devon-based artisan bakery famous for its handmade flapjacks, is bringing its award-winning treats to the Cotswolds with the opening of its 14th store.
The outlet in in Stow-on-the-Wold will open its doors on Friday April 11 at 11am in the town’s historic Market Square.
It will be Flapjackery’s first store in the Cotswolds and opens less than a month after the rapidly expanding firm launched a stall in Bristol’s iconic St Nicholas Market.
Flapjackery co-founder Carol Myott said: “Stow-on-the-Wold is exactly the kind of community we love to be part of. It’s buzzing with loads of really lovely shops and we are very grateful to be one of them.
“From visitors drawn to its quintessential English charm, to hikers exploring the Macmillan Way and Cotswold Way, luxury and antique shoppers, and the locals who appreciate good food, we know our gluten free flapjacks will find plenty of fans here.”
The store will open daily from 10am to 4pm.
Flapjackery was founded 10 years ago in Tavistock on the edge of Dartmoor and has since expanded across the UK.
