CheqUp has taken the ground floor at Turnpike House, a two-storey office building on Chippenham business park Methuen Park.
The site is already home to Europe’s largest IT supplier Bechtle; fleet management company Holman; service office firm Regus; logistics group Wincanton and BT, along with an M&S Foodhall, a supermarket and several drive-thrus.
Summerfield’s divisional director of portfolio management, Will Grant, said: “We are delighted to welcome CheqUp to Turnpike House and Methuen Park. CheqUp are growing at an astonishing rate and we are pleased to be able to provide them with a first-class office environment from which to continue their trajectory.”
For CheqUp, James Hunt said the company was delighted to be moving into the Summerfield property. “As a business that in six months has become Royal Mail’s biggest customer in Chippenham, the location and facilities are perfect for us. Securing this space is another step on our growth journey,” he said.
Huw Thomas (Loveday UK) and James Gregory (Alder King) acted as joint agents on behalf of Summerfield Commercial on the transaction.
