Bristol software firm Amdaris has landed a seven-figure finance package to further fuel its growth.

The funding from HSBC will allow the business to expand its offices in Finzels Reach and support its staff.

Amdaris was founded in 2009 by Vlad Nanu and Andy Rogers and will use the funding to support its long-term growth.

Plans include an expansion of its headquarters and extending benefits such as an electric car scheme to its UK employees.

Previous HSBC funding saw Amdaris create more jobs, supporting a 94 per cent company growth rate in 2022 .

Amdaris will add over 5,000 square feet to its current Finzels Reach location, bringing the total office space to 8,172 square feet and enabling a planned 60 per cent growth in staff.

Jamie Gibson, financial director for the company, said: “This funding means we can continue to provide the best possible experience for our employees by expanding our offices and providing additional benefits.

“Our relationship with HSBC UK goes back to 2009 and is founded on the bank team’s genuine interest and deep understanding of what we do, led by our relationship manager, Liam Gover.”

James Shepherd, head of corporate banking, South West, HSBC UK, added: “We’re delighted to support a fast-growing Bristol business that is seeing success globally.

“The South West continues to be a hot-bed for tech firms and we look forward to working closely with the team at Amdaris as it expands.”

Amdaris has grown rapidly in recent years and now has offices in the UK, Moldova, Romania, and Dubai.
