£16m acquisition plugs Hercules into rising investment in energy infrastructure
Hercules has entered the power and energy sector with the acquisition of a specialist labour supply company Advantage NRG for up to £15.7m.
The deal marks the third acquisition for the Gloucestershire-based labour supplier, which has been riding a wave of infrastructure investment across the UK.
Advantage NRG employs 155 people from its headquarters in Chorley, Lancashire, and generated £11m revenue in the year to February.
