Deals on wheels as materials handling equipment group buys skate manufacturer
Materials handling equipment manufacturer BIL Group has acquired Evo Supplies, a firm making heavy-duty furniture skates for moving large bulky items around.
Calne, Wiltshire-based BIL is owned by PHD Industrial Holdings, a corporate compounder, which invests in industrial businesses with funds from an investor network.
The deal is BIL Group's second acquisition in two years, with the company describing it as marking "another step in the strategic addition to their existing portfolio of material handling brands".
