£75m flagship Unite scheme completed next to University of Bristol’s new campus

Unite Students, the UK’s largest provider of student accommodation, has completed the construction of its new flagship development in its home city of Bristol.

The 623-bed Avon Point property is run in partnership with the University of Bristol and is located next to its new Temple Quarter Campus.

A lease agreement is in place with the Russell Group university for half the rooms.
