Law firm bolsters growing corporate team with partner hire

Michelmores has appointed Cathy Bryant as a partner in the Bristol office of its growing national corporate team.

Bryant, who takes on the role of head of corporate tax, joins from Blake Morgan and brings extensive experience in the tax aspects of complex corporate transactions.

She joins senior associate Anthony Reeves in the corporate tax team, building on the firm’s expertise in corporate deal tax and share incentive schemes.

The appointment demonstrates the continued growth of Michelmores’ corporate team in Bristol, which has also seen the arrival of senior associate Chris Smedley, associate Sean Russell, solicitor Meriam Ahmed and paralegal Darcy Wilson in the last 12 months.
