Law firm Freeths has appointed corporate director Joe Lythgoe to expand its national and international M&A practice.

He brings with him more than 10 years’ experience working in M&A, both in private practice at City firm Lewis Silkin and in-house. His appointment will see him play a key role in Freeths’ International M&A and Private Equity team, alongside advising founders and management teams across their corporate and M&A activity.
